Marcel Liberte aka Marcus Swoboda was born on the 1st October 1982 in Vienna, Austria. He growned up in a family, which is also in theater, television and film dedicated. His grandmother was a makeupartist at Theatre and on the Austrian Broadcasting and Film productions (ORF). His mother worked as accountant at ORF, and his father and stepfather were also employed at the Austrian Broadcating (ORF) as production directors.

So he got his push for his way through this business.

His first time at theater was with 8 Years in Rocky Horror Picture Show as the voice of the Child. After that time his career at Wiener Staatsoper began as a young dancer (eleve). He learned 16 different dancestyles. (Modern Dance, Jazz Dance) Between the age of 12 till 16 years his spectrum of music growed bigger and bigger. He also danced at 2 times at the Opernball in Vienna. (Mozarts Requiem And Fallstaff).

The first station for his career began 1996 at XXX Production (who are be knowen as the organisers from the old Gazometer Raves) as a „Flyer Kid“ in music business. For his big engagement, his way through the scene began as an Assistant of Peter Pagjura. At this time he became acquainted with the Dj´s Westbam, Marc Spoon and Johannes Heil. They created his style of music.

with 15 years he finished school and began his career and education for media design with practical at ORF.

At the age of 16 years his first Clubevent as organiser was at Club Avantgarde. 2 Years later he organised his first big music event. His training for Technician ended with the degree. After his degree he established Syntex Entertainment and the Major Label Syntex Records which is also under his custody. An organisation which includes a Booking Agency, Record Label and Eventmanaging.

Marcel also played at many other Clubs in Austria (Cave Club Salzburg, Szene Vienna, Donauinselfest Vienna, Cesars Club). After that appearances his first inernational booking were at Pleasure Dome Germany and he get more international bookings (as Ruhr in Love - Germany).

At the year 2000 he looked for the international eventmarket. He organised at 2006 the first event journey under the Name „Syntex RoadTrips“ to Mayday (Dortmund, Germany). After this Year his cooperation with the eventmanager of Mayday began and he founded Syntex Eventtravel and began to transfer people from Austria to Germany, Netherlands and Belgium. (Q-Dance Events, Qlimax and ID&T). In the Year 2012 Syntex Entertainment and got an award from Kuratory for Traffic and Transport for the support of the campaign „don´t drink and drive“

To produce music in his big passion was not easy to agree with bookings as Dj.
At the beginning with the cooperation with his partner in business he converted his single Business to an Cooperation to Syntex Entertainment OG , and he admit to be a producer in electronic music styles. His Style agitated between Techno, Trance, Funky Techno till House Music.

Marcel Liberte (Geb. Name Marcus Swoboda) wurde am 1.10.1982 in Wien geboren. Er wuchs in einer Theater –und Medienbehafteten Familie auf. Großmutter Maskenbildnerin am Burgtheater, Film und Fernsehen (ORF), Mutter Finanzbuchhaltung ORF, Vater in der Sendeleitung ORF, Stiefvater Produktion ORF. So lernte er schon in früher Kindheit die Materie kennen, was später den Anstoß zur Berufswahl gab.

Mit acht Jahren in der Rocky Horror Picture Show das erste Mal auf der Bühne (Kinder Stimme). Anschließend der Wiener Staatsoper als Tänzer/Eleve beigetreten, lernte 16 verschiedene Tänze (Moderner Tanz, Jazztanz) wo er schon in jungen Jahren ein großes Musik Spektrum kennenlernte und bis zu seinem zwölften Lebensjahr ausübte. Zweimal Opernball eröffnet, Premiere Mozart Requiem und Falstaff tanzte.

Als Flyer Kind 1996 bei XXX Production, welche bekannt waren für die riesen Veranstaltung Gazometer, schnupperte er das erste Mal in die elektronische Musikszene, wegen seines hohen Interesses arbeitete er sich rasch in die Szene ein und wurde so der Assistent von Peter Pagjura. So lernte er die Dj`s Westbam, Marc Spoon und Johannes Heil kennen, die auch seinen jetzigen Musikstil immer noch beeinflussen.

Er beendete die Schule mit fünfzehn, begann anschließend die Ausbildung zum Mediendesigner mit begleitendem Praktikum beim ORF.

Mit sechzehn Jahren organisiert er die erste Veranstaltung im Club Avantgarde, mit achtzehn die erste eigene größere Musikveranstaltung. Er machte die Ausbildung zum Tontechniker die er mit Diplom abschloss. In dieser Zeit wurde auch seine Firma Syntex Entertainment gegründet. Eine Veranstaltungsorganisation, Bookingagentur. Das Hauslabel Syntex Records das in seiner Obhut steht wird gegründet. In dieser Zeit befasste Marcel sich weiterhin mit seinem DJ Dasein spielte in diversen Clubs in Österreich (Cave Club Salzburg, Szene Vienna, Donauinselfest Vienna (Ceasar`s Club) darauf folgten die ersten Internationalen Bookings wie im Pleasure Dome Germany.

Ab 2000 begann er den internationalen Eventmarkt intensiv zu Beobachten. 2006 veranstaltete er unter dem Namen „Syntex RoadTrips“ die erste Reise zur Mayday. Im darauffolgenden Jahr folgte bereits eine Kooperation mit dem Veranstalter. So beschloss Marcel Ende 2006 Syntex Entertainment um die Sparte Syntex Eventtravel zu erweitern und begann mit Eventreisen den Markt für das österreichische Publikum zugänglich zu machen. Es folgten weitere Eventreisen zu Q-Dance Events (Qlimax) und ID&T, den Veranstaltern von Tomorrowland, Mysteryland, etc. 2012 erhielt Syntex Eventtravel den zweiten Platz des KfV. Eine Auszeichnung des österreichischen Verkehrssicherheitspreises in der Kategorie Unternehmen und Vereine, für die Unterstützung der Kampagne „don`t drink and drive“.

Die wahre Leidenschaft Musik selber zu produzieren blieb dadurch etwas auf der Strecke, er nahm nur mehr wenige Bookings an wie zum Beispiel Ruhr in Love und spielte nicht mal mehr auf seinen eigenen Events. So entschloss sich Marcel einen Partner ins Boot zu holen, wandelte das Einzelunternehmen in Syntex Entertainment OG um und kann sich nun so wieder intensiver der elektronischen Musik zuwenden. Sein Stil bewegt sich von Techno, Trance, Funky Techno bis hin zu House.
